This notice explains what we do with the details you send us through this website, and the choices you have.

Who we are
This website is run by PT Betttech Global Ventures, part of Betttech Global Ventures ("BGV"), which develops SEGARA 8 Villa Retreat in Selong Belanak, Lombok. BGV has offices in the UK and Indonesia. For this website, BGV is the controller of your personal data.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or by email:
- your name and email address
- your country of residence
- what you're interested in, and any message you write
- your confirmation that you're requesting information for yourself
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and the map are served from our own site, so visiting it doesn't send your details to third parties. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and send you the information you ask for, such as the investor pack
- to check whether the investment documents can lawfully be shared with you, based on where you live
- to keep a record of what we sent you and when
We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing. We'll only send you project updates if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.
Our lawful basis
We use your details because you've asked us to do something, such as send information (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract), and because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries about the project and keeping accurate records. Where the law requires it, for example to check eligibility for investment information, we rely on our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Your details are seen by the BGV team handling your enquiry. We may share them with:
- the services that deliver our email and website forms, which process data only on our instructions
- our legal advisers in the UK, the UAE or Indonesia, if you go on to invest
- regulators or authorities, where the law requires it
International transfers
BGV works across the UK, Indonesia and the UAE, and some of our service providers are based in the United States. When your details move outside the UK, we use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you invest, we keep your records for as long as the law requires for shareholders and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the details we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your details, or stop or limit how we use them
- send your details to you or another organisation in a portable format
Email info@pt-bgv.com and we'll reply within one month. There's no charge.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, tell us first and we'll try to put it right. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live. Indonesian residents also have rights under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
